Do I Need A Lesson?

If you have the correct board, standing up is quite easy. There are lots of little things combined that can make your experience so much more enjoyable and safer. I quite often see people paddling with their paddle around the wrong way, standing on the wrong spot on their board (which makes paddling harder), working really hard and not getting anywhere (poor technique) and in some circumstances, have very little board control and are a liability to themselves and others.

The best way to start your sup journey, is taking a lesson with one of our qualified instructors. Your qualified instructor will have you up and paddling using good technique, learning turns and staying in control of your board. Participant numbers are kept low, to ensure you get the most out of your time on the water. Lessons are structured to cater for all abilities and allows participants to progress at their own pace. At the end of the hour, you will be a safe and confident paddler. From here, you will be ready to go out on your own, in flat water conditions.  We will make sure you have a fun and safe time on the water.
